Thurne Bungalows Management Company Limited (TBMC) was formed in 1985 specifically to purchase a ninety-nine year lease of 188 plots of River Thurne rond from the then Anglian Water Authority. The current freeholder is the Environment Agency. TBMC now manages that Headlease and the 184 Under-leases that derive from it.
TBMC also provides a domestic refuse collection and cesspit emptying service to River Thurne property owners at the lowest possible cost. This service is outsourced to River and Domestic Service via an annually rolling Service Agreement.
